Do you love making people feel seen, welcomed, and at home? Our Hospitality Team is the first smile many people experience at Encounter City Church! From greeting guests and opening doors to helping people find their way around the building, serving refreshments, and handing out welcome gifts, this team creates an environment where everyone can encounter the love of Jesus from the moment they arrive.
Nursery
Our Nursery Team provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where infants and toddlers are cared for while parents attend service with peace of mind. Whether you're comforting babies, playing with toddlers, or welcoming families at check-in, you'll help create a place where every child is loved and every family feels supported.
Ages 0-3
Youth
Our Kids Team creates a fun, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn about Jesus in a way they understand. Opportunities include leading small groups, teaching lessons, assisting with activities, checking families in, and building meaningful relationships with kids and parents.
Ages Pre K - 5th Grade
Students
Our Students Team walks alongside young adults and college-age students as they grow in their relationship with Christ. From leading discussions and building community to hosting events and creating opportunities for discipleship, you'll help students discover their purpose and live out their faith.
Grades 6-12
Hospitality
Our Hospitality Team creates a warm and welcoming experience by preparing coffee and refreshments, assisting guests, and serving with a smile. Through simple acts of kindness and genuine hospitality, you'll help create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and loved.
Worship
Our Worship Team exists to lead people into God's presence through music and creative expression. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or serve on our production team with audio, lighting, media, or livestream, you'll help create an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus.
